Apparently his ISP is responsible for it, to bad.
His web page was a goldmine for PBP users.
Hopefully he can upload it again.

They wiped me out with a PHP5 upgrade.
My site wasn't written for PHP5.
I'm working on it.
Will be moving everything to DarrelTaylor.com
It's a slow process, and I'm a bit slower than that. ;)
