Extra LCDOUT DEFINE LCD_COMMANDUS CLR SCREEN please

I would like an extra define added to the LCDOUT command.

Most HD447890 LCD/OLED commands take only a short time, however the clear screen command has to write a blank to every location for most screen types.

This command therefore takes the most time and having only one define for LCD Commands means any delay you enter here to cope with your particular screen also effects the much faster commands as well.

So can we have a DEFINE LCD_COMMANDCLRUS or similiar as well, so that other commands use the normal DEFINE LCD_COMMANDUS delay and CLR SCREEN commands use the other longer delay.

If people don't enter a new define then it should default to the standard command delay
