I have had a bugger of a time using the PCPWM module and Bruce and Henrik were nice enough to help me through it. I wanted to capture the subject and make it available to more people since it was buried under another heading: 18F4431 Quadrature Encoder
The explanation is dispersed in posts 15 - 27.
I know a search would uncover it, but it is not obvious, so here it is in another with a more fitting title.
