Try turning MCLRE to OFF in the configuration.
What version of PBP are you using? It makes a difference on how you do it.

i put mclre off but it's the same thing, my version of PBP is 2.60
f I unplugged PICkit3 and I reset the prog runs it displays me the correct values on the displays, given series are erroneous if I reconnect the PICkit3 reset this and the serial data is ok

My best guess would be a grounding issue. Evidently you are powering the PIC independent from the PC. When the PicKit is connected it changes the potential on the zero rail (ground).
