Anyone have any ideas on this one.

On a small board I'm going to have two LEDs with a wire running to a control box. The little board with the LEDs on it will be exposed to the elements (rain mostly).

I don't want to put this in any kind of enclosure since I would need 160 of these little enclosures. I want to coat the board with something and just leave the tips of the LEDs out.

What might work without peeling off or leaking?

Thanks.

exterior silicon or urethane.

Hello!

Plastic Bottle Caps as enclosure (green if possible) and Silicon Mastic. (Not a water-based acrylic elastomeric mastic)!!!!!

If you use a bottle cap as enclosure there is no need for the small board carrying the two LEDs.

Merry Christmas!

Good idea just not wide enough. I need something about 2 inches wide for the LED spacing. Finished project must also be as light and unnoticable as possible.

Thanks.
