I was a little surprised not to find many programmers looking for projects in the ADVERT forum... [I took on a project that I am now realizing will take more time/experience than I have, and was thinking 'here' would be the place to go.]
Granted, a little digging here and there, and one can come up with a few sites and e-mail addresses, but I'm wondering if there is not a need either for a forum or list specifically for that?
....Or, more likely, you've decided NOT to do that for some good reason....]
