Patch problem - pbc145p4.exe

Hi all, just installed pbc compiler. Like any one would, I looked for the latest patches and updates. Found patch "pbc145p4.exe" but can not get it to work, keep getting error "picstart.htm unknown version". Any and all help is appreciated.

What version of PBC are you using?
What folder did you try to run the patch from?

I have PBC ver. 1.45 installed in D\PBC. The patch is in the same directory.

Like everything else Windows related,
uninstall it, wipe it out, kill everything, COLD reboot, make sure it's all gone, COLD reboot, reinstall, COLD reboot, try it again...
