PBC & MPLab

Hi. I can't get PBC to reg w/ MPLab.
WinXP, PBC 2.43, MPLab ver8.
I ran PBregister.bat added ...;C:\PBC;C:\Program Files\Microchip\MPASM Suite.
Which are correct.
Restarted, can't get it to work.
Have been writing mostly in assembly for years, but wanted to start using bas again.
Hope someone can help.

I assume you followed this instruction.

Did you try setting the language tool suite in MPLAB? Have to ask.

I have not upgraded to MPLAB8 yet. Have you check the path to MPASM?

I bet the problem is with *.bat file. Run as admin?

The only problem I have had is with the *.bat file. But I use linux.
