I need to identify an amplifier chip that is in some existing equipment. Does anyone have a link to a chip identifier site? There is no manufacturer mark.

Thanks,
Ron

Soemtimes it's pain. Some company just place their own label on. I saw that bunch of time before... such in pro-audio unit and in all GM/Delco radios.

Just send your number here and maybe some have already seen it before. Sometime google is not of any help... or you'll find where to buy them.

Any schematic would also help.

Post what you have here!

Hey 'e'
Thanks for the reply. They are 2.4 GHz amps, in six pin SOT-23 type packages. One is marked "286E", and the other ,"308E". One is a receiver amp, and the other is the transmit amp. They are being used for a Zigbee DSSS transceiver.
Thanks again,
Ron
