Help!

I'm sure someone here can help identify what it may be, so here goes:

I'm trying to identify the SOT23 LDO regulator used in many Futaba Rx's (or a pin compatible replacement). I have had a good look at most devices, and tried to identify from the SMD code, however this device has an unusual pin sequence that I have failed to match to anything I can find!

..... well here are the basics:
3V (or 3.2/3.3V LDO regulator)
<150 mA current
Markings of 'DA+K' or 'DA-F'
Possible 'shutdown' or 'enable' pin on either 2/3 or 1/4
Pins 1 and 4 (0V) tracked together
Pins 2 and 3 (V in) tracked together

... any help in ID'ing this would be appreciated.
