I have no affiliation with this supplier other than I am shopping for LCDs and they caught my eye on Alibaba.com.

Their prices are excellent, accept Paypal, accept small batches, sales department are quick and courteous, product specs are easily downloadable, have a wide variety of products available and their web page for character LCDs clearly shows all the types of LCDs and backlights (I never could remember which is which).
