Epic Programmer

I messed something up and can't access programmer, keep getting epicwin error "unable to start driver PICLPTNT". I really don't know my way around the PC good enough to assure the correct file is in the correct location. I'm bouncing between the dos prompt and my file manager, and I must say I'm not sure of the diff between a file and a directory.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver, then rebooted for a second time and it worked.
